The food was delicious and I had no problems. The only thing I couldn't eat was the pita. I had chicken kbab with vegetables and a great garlic sauce. I also tried the gyro power bowl and hummus, very good. They use only gf soy sauce in their kitchen, and are very aware of celiac needs.
They have an excellent gluten free menu! I enjoyed the gyro dinner on rice with a house salad. I also loved their grapeleaves appetizer (4)
Let me start by saying that my wife and I lived in the middle east for several years, so we always look for Mediterranean food when traveling on vacation. Finding gluten free Mediterranean food is very challenging. Went here with high hopes, and we were extremely glad we did. The chicken shawarma and hummus were among the best we've ever had anywhere. Knowing it was gluten free was an added benefit. We plan to eat here more than once on our next visit. HIGHLY recommended.
Excellent food. The owner / chef is extremely knowledgeable and careful with cross-contamination. our waitress checked with Toni (the owner) about our meal. She even brought us a package of gluten free crackers to show us and said that it would be opened with new gloves if we wanted it. This place is quite small and, especially Friday and Saturday, reservations are strongly recommended.
Staff was highly knowledgeable on Celiac and CC and very polite. They had many items to pick from that were clearly marked GF. They can also accommodate a dairy allergy too. Food was delicious. I ordered the roasted veggies and chicken kabobs. For an app we ordered the falafel, it was perfectly cooked. Will return again.
Over half of the items on their menu are listed GF. I’m not Gf F and I got pita, then they brought my GF wife a toasted GF bun that had been sliced thin so she could dip the HF toast into the hummas, which was BF as was the Foole, the grape leaves and the falafel. Not only was it GF, but every thing tasted outstanding.
