This brand new celiac bakery opened up a few days ago in my old neighborhood, Rincón de la Victoria. Now living about 20 minutes away it gave me a great excuse to go and visit and get some DELICIOUS gluten free treats. It's a shame that there isn't an official website, as it would be excellent to spread the word, but I assure you the Palmeras (traditional Spanish sweet) are the best gluten free ones in Málaga. They have bread and a few savory items as well, but the majority is sweet. It's also a cafe, which I haven't had a chance to order from yet, but I'm pretty sure it's just drinks. If you're nearby, make a stop at this new GF find!

Absolutely amazing bakery totally gluten free. Lovely cakes bread and biscuits.

We bought donuts, cookies, croissants, some sweet puff pastry and also baguettes. Everything was delicious. There are a few tables to sit with cake and coffee if you want to. I can definitely recommend to visit this little bakery.
