This place is amazing. I had a takeaway pastry filled with fresh salmon and a little pistachio cream puff. The texture of the pastry (like a pain au chocolate except savory, split down the middle with salmon and arugula) was incredible. Not to mention the grocery section has things I’ve never even dreamed of—pasta shapes I’ve never seen GF, filo dough, etc. We are traveling light but I seriously considered shipping a box home so I could try more things.

Incredible store where Everything is GF!! They also have a fresh food counter with carryout sandwiches . Pastries, frites, sweets. I got shelf stable fresh pastries that I brought home. Delicious! Why don't we have a store like this in the states?! My friend says it translates roughly, Ceiliacs are Us. : )

Gluten free paradise! It took me a minute to process I could buy absolutely anything!! I wish I could have bought one of everything but there was only so much room in my suitcase! This location is close to the Vatican (if you have a tour booked, it’s a good spot to stop afterwards) they do have a fresh bakery counter but it was closed when we went!

Great grocery selection. I’m from the US (California - LA area) and genuinely there is no gluten free grocery store like this where I live. It’s like a wonderland. I wished I could’ve bought way more but I had very limited room in my suitcase. Their bakery cookies are also really good. I’m only knocking a star for their homemade bread. It was pretty disappointing. I tried the rolls and the focaccia and both were quite dry and pretty tasteless.

Fresh food and Pastries so good! Friend arincini and something similar to a mozzarella stick with prosciutto in it were amazing. So many pasta shapes you can’t find in the US and has the caputo fiore flour for sooo much cheaper.

I cried when I walked in, no joke. Foods I haven’t been able to touch in over 20 years now fresh in a bakery. Tasty cream puffs, cookies, tarts, pastries, pies & more. Fresh & packaged foods, some refrigerator/freezer foods too & pizza ready to eat!! Bravo Italy, wish the USA had something like this.

Traveling with non GF companions? Plan a duel trip to visit Mercato Trifonale - best food market in the city, and two blocks away is this celiac Mecca. It’s a small grocery store of all the gluten free packaged products you can image. A little bakery with crostini, rolls, sandwiches, pizza. Super fun to go!

A revelation. I wish they had these in the US. I bought a tiny pizza to go and ate it while waiting for the bus. I don’t think I have ever tasted anything better. You need a pretty firm grasp on Italian to weed out any other allergens when browsing.

I got a sandwich and some cookies (biscotti) and it was decent. My hotel.was nearby so I went back again for a quick meal and got another sandwich and a donut. They did not have too many dairy free options unfortunately but overall it was pretty good.
