Excellent gluten free and dairy free selection of cakes and cookies and local specialties. The owner speaks a little English and is very friendly and helpful. If your in Salamanca and want a treat this is an absolute must !

Great selection of gluten free goods!! I had the chocolate caña and the tea pastries, and their empanadas are also exceptional... it literally is the first thing I wanted to visit here in Salamanca and I'm so glad I did! Great service too .

No English speaking staff which is a little overwhelming. But I got a delicious sausage roll and whipped cream pastry! I got a donut and croissant which were both super dry.

Spotted this awesome bakery as we walked back to our room. The empanada’s crust melted in my mouth!! So delicate and delicious! I look forward to trying the croissant in the morning.

The bakery is dedicated to gluten free delicacies. We bought palmera and Napolitana dulce. They were delicious and flaky. We came across the restaurant by accident and were thrilled.

Had coffe and cake in the cafe which was delicious. Also bought a round loaf of bread which I ate for breakfast with butter and jam. First class for flavour and texture. You wouldn't know it was gluten free!

Delicious baked goods! I purchased a few items and I’m blown away with the flavor and texture of the items. Absolutely recommend to anyone who must eat gf and is celiac (since they are a dedicated facility)
