We landed from NJ with some ravenous children and called Celia's for gf options. They were very honest with their gf capabilities: chips are fried in a shared fryer, all veggies/beans/etc would be separated, and shredded chicken was completely untainted. My daughter has Celiac's; she enjoyed the meal (taco-less taco bowl) and had no ill effects. The rest of us scared nachos, tacos, and quesadillas and were very satisfied. Very healthy portions!

Nothing is really gluten free. Cheap and great if you aren’t gluten free.
