This place is amazing! I live in the DC area and visited El Salvador for vacation. Celicia Gluten Free is better than anything I've tried in the DC area. The presentation is clean and the seasoning for their sandwiches is excellent. They had a variety of gluten free treats unique from the US including tres leches and dulce de leche cookies. It was so good, my family who also eats gluten also really liked the food too. On top of the delicious food, the service was great. I think I talked with the owner and she was very welcoming and knowledgeable. She is also aware of dairy allergies, so it is easy to ask her about that. She's bilingual so it was easy to communicate with her. Whenever I visit El Salvador again I will visit this restaurant!
