The employee who took my order was very knowledgeable about gluten. The bakery had only one gluten-free item available but he knew it’s ingredients & that it was gluten-free & warned me it was made in a kitchen with gluten items, so cross contamination was possible. I tried it & I was able to eat it with no problem. Helpful staff. Also their lattes are excellent.
