I ordered pizza with a gluten free crust and felt very safe with the whole experience! They have an option to specify that it is an allergy, so even if you have celiac disease (like me) they will know to take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I am very sensitive to gluten, even very minor contamination, and I had no problems
