A wonderful breakfast spot (open 24 hours), with fabulous service, and attention to detail! Our server, Joshua, was wonderful and ensured I had an uneventful meal! I am Celiac and beyond sensitive to gluten. I had no issue at all. (Pan cooked eggs, bacon, banana, strawberries, and coffee.)

Though there are limited choices on the menu for gluten free guests, you just can't go wrong with anything at Central. We had the deviled eggs and beef tartare (with puréed potatoes, no fries), and my taste buds were VERY pleased. The bartender made me a delicious summer cocktail based on my drink preferences. If the gluten free choices were more numerous/diverse, we would have visited this restaurant more than once during our Vegas vacation.
