The online menu notes a lot of gluten free options and options to make items gluten free. When inquired about some of the items the staff had no idea and the kitchen stated they couldn’t accommodate. The tuna poke states they offer gluten free alternative for this dish. They swap for GF wontons, but the kitchen staff stated the tuna is marinated in a soy sauce that uses wheat so it actually can’t be accommodated ever. Happy the kitchen at least knew what has gluten, disappointed the menu doesn’t accurately reflect any truly gluten free options.
