Certo is an Italian restaurant; featuring many menu items whose recipes without gluten-bearing ingredients. Chef Alejandro and staff took extra care to recommend and prepare menu items sans gluten; substituting corn flour in one of his signature dishes, "Brazino Al Forno, con Porcini, Patate e Spinaci. I began with Carpaccio di Manzo and finished with an amazing gelato and great coffee. Be sure to sake the sommelier about the Limoncello from Capri. Only four stars because there is no dedicated GF Menu; otherwise,!two thumbs up! Put Certo on your must do list. Caveat Emptor, Celiacs!
