Cervecería at The Shack

They list corn tortillas as gluten-free on the menu but nothing else. I ate just carnitas assuming that would be safe. Got glutened without a doubt. Marinated in beer possibly? Bummer. I figured since Urban Roots is solid with GF that this would be too. Doesn’t seem worth the risk now. I was on a good long streak of not getting glutened too :(
