Pretty much 95% of the menu can be gluten free. You are made aware to avoid potatoes and anything fried to reduce or eliminate the cross contamination. The staff is knowledgeable and understanding of GF and cross contamination. It is a tapas place so everything comes out at the time they are prepared so it’s nice pace of eating. Their chicken and pork paella is by far the best thing you’ll ever eat. Not a single complaint on anything I’ve eaten there and we felt completely fine afterwards. I wish I could’ve tried more things. Their drinks are perfectly made and can also make mocktails. Instead of crostini or bread you are given very delicious plantain chips and they honestly go perfect with your meal.
