I read the other reviewers comments and there is nothing worse than being told your pasta is gluten free when it’s not. I have eaten here several times and never had a problem. Stick with the rice dishes with fish or meat or the ceviche. They are marked and even the little things (like soy sauce on their version of fried rice) is NOT gluten free. So the menu is marked very well. I would go back.
They have a ton of gluten free items marked on their menu however the staff is not educated on what it means to be gluten free. When ordering I explained that I had celiac and it needed to be treated like an allergy and ordered a gluten free pasta dish and when I ordered it said a second time gluten free please. A third time after the rest of my party ordered I reminded our server that my dish needed to be gluten free. When the dish came out it didn’t look gluten free so I asked him for confirmation and he said without hesitation it was gluten free. My gut was telling me it wasn’t so I asked the manager who confirmed with the chef that it was NOT gluten free and actually regular pasta. Had I eaten that I would have been hospitalized. The manager was great and the rest of the dishes were great but that really made me feel unsafe ever going back there.
