Enjoyed the tacos! Didn’t think they were spectacular, but as a vegetarian, it was really nice to have actual options for my tacos. Flavors were good, and obviously felt nice to know it was safe. No real service - you order from a QR code on the table.

Love Chaia tacos! I have been to both the Georgetown and Chinatown locations multiple times. The creamy potato kale taco is wonderful! Can get pricey, but worth it.

Excellent family-style black bean enchiladas with a green chili style sauce, in a 9x13 size pan. Excellent green rice, with a little zing of lime and some cilantro, Pepitas and cheese. Very spicy hot sauce is available in a bottle. We will be back.

This place is amazing!!! Great unique flavor combinations and plenty of options for everyone to try. It was like a flavor fusion that wakes up your taste buds! Yes, it is a vegetarian restaurant, but after eating on consecutive nights one of our family members who does eat meat said "I forgot it was vegetarian it was so good!" They also do not have gluten and with one person with Celiac and another with a gluten sensitivity, this place is PERFECT because we didn't have to worry about cross contamination. I would HIGHLY recommend you try this place, even if it means a short walk or Metro ride. Food is great, staff are friendly because it is one of a kind you won't be upset that you did!

I was so happy to find this restaurant on the app. The staff were so kind and answered my questions about other allergens (soy). The mushroom enchilada was crazy good, the egg taco was delicious. Would definitely return.

Everything is GF. Vegan options are available, but they serve non-vegan by default (for example, the standard cheese given is real cheese). Eggs are available, but no meat. Food tasted good, but the quesadillas are the best option on the menu IMHO

Incredible food (entirely GF) even coming from a meat eater. Had the tostada with eggs added and the cauliflower soup and it was all DELICIOUS.they have Kombucha on tap and I wish I had found this place earlier in my trip. Would have come multiple times.

Definitely feel like its food you should eat in restaurant though, not sure it would be good as takeout.

Flavors were good on the potato taco, but mushroom taco fell apart, eggplant was eh. Corn chips were stale. I ordered as take-out (grubhub) and they didn’t pack napkins or silverware. Not impressed.

Love this place! No gluten food ingredients (I forget if they sometimes have canned beer). Really amazing food, too. 100% vegetarian and nut free as well; I’m not restricted by either, but I certainly don’t feel like I’m giving anything up when I eat here!
