Wanneer je glutenvrij en lactosearm moet eten vallen er veel opties weg. Ongeveer 2/3 van de kaart. In veel marinades en in de sushi worden glutenbevattende producten gebruikt. Ook de friet wordt niet apart gebakken dus ook de friet is geen optie als je strict Glutenvrij moet eten. Ook de toetjes vallen bijna allemaal af vanwege kruisbesmetting. Als je erom vraagt kunnen ze nog wel een glutenvrij toetje voor je halen uit de keuken.
