Review of Champneys Springs

At first glance the gluten free menu appears a little limited to someone like me who has to avoid dairy as well. However, the staff bent over backwards to cater for me so just ask about what you would like and I’m sure they will help. For example although the menu doesn’t state that there is a gluten free pasta option, they do have gluten free pasta in the kitchen! They also hand out an allergens list every time you go in for a meal so you can double check. I did have to bend my own rules a little - I’m supposed to avoid so many things that I tend to just avoid my main triggers- so if you have to be really strict I wouldn’t necessarily recommend
