The search for a truly gluten free fish and chips that isn't just grilled is always on my bucket list. This beautiful restaurant has an almost entirely gluten free menu or gf modifiable menu with flours all GF and separate friers. Owners aunt is gluten free so understands the need for trust in the dish. The crunch on his vodka batter cod is truly divine. I'd have ordered two if my tummy would take it!! That genuine battered taste is so rare to find... I'll be flying back fork australia for this. fYI this place has an astonishing wine menu, and those I dined with raves about the tender steak and the scrumptious vegan offerings.
