Chapter One: the modern local

I had an excellent experience here! I believe there’s three menu items that are gluten free, two of them are tacos. I had a taco plate and it was delicious! The server was very knowledgeable about cross contamination and I was even able to have the brussels sprout appetizer modified to be gluten free. I had no issues with cross contamination and my food was even brought out separately.
