They no longer offer any gluten free items. All have wheat-containing soy sauce, per the owner whom I just spoke with.

The staff are very knowledgeable about cross contamination and are in the know about what items have gluten or have been exposed to gluten (the fryer is not gluten free). They are willing to be extra careful if you have a gluten allergy.
They have GF options in most of the different categories. Everything is very fresh. Good quantity and quality.

Shrimp or black bean. Still super delicious. Chef put down tin for my torillas. I didnt have a reaction. The kimchee and yum yum sauce was super tasty.
