The staff are very knowledgeable about celiac and were able to offer lots of options that would meet our needs. This is a fantastic restaurant and they take restrictions and allergies very seriously.

Always had great experiences at Charcut. Servers are knowledgeable and the food is delicious! Highly recommend for a nice night out.

A Calgary roast house and favorite place to eat, drink and gather. Serving award winning, local, chef driven urban-rustic cuisine.
Gluten friendly with lots of options for celiacs. Deepfrier is gluten free. Kitchen takes cross contamination very seriously.
