Staff asked what we would like and then talked to the chef. With a couple of modifications they were able to accommodate us for a late dinner. Delicious!

This is at the airport across the hall from the Hilton lobby. They understand allergies and a few of the items are or can be modified to be GF. I had the salmon and it was delicious. This place is fairly expensive but at least one can get a decent meal.
