There’s a separate gluten free menu that I used for appetizers, sides, and desserts. But, for my steak, I wanted the dry-aged bone-in prime ribeye which isn’t always available so it wasn’t listed on the GF menu. The waiter double checked and told me it’d be fine. I had asparagus and mashed potatoes with my steak. Was too full for more than a bite of dessert - story of my life.
