Review of Charlie Brown's Steakhouse

Went here tonight because it was highly recommended for people with gluten allergies. Even listed as 5 starts on my gluten free app. Well tonight we went there and our waitress was horrible. To start I explained how I have celiac disease and its serious, the waitress completely didn't care. Right away told her I didn't want an appetizer because none were gluten free , right away she offers me soup with regular pasta I told her I couldn't have that thank you and she said why....then suggested the salad bar ans i said i cant to much cross contamination and she didnt know what i meant . then for dinner I again explained everything and asked her to please write it down and tell them. She skipped right over me as I was explaining. Then dessert comes around and they have a flourless cake so I was trying to ask if that is gluten free and she said I don't know I said could you ask and she didn't just came back with a check. Super dissapointed with it and won't
