They had a gf menu and kind of knew what they were talking about, I did not react. Mainly omelets for breakfast you can also have hash browns. Not many options other than omelets but they were still good.

I am unfortunately not successful eating at Charlie's. Cross contamination symptoms here are mild, but do exist. I am quite sensitive to gluten so it may work for you.

Mom & pop family style cafe. Dedicated menu. Server and kitchen staff were knowledgeable. Did not have dedicated fryer. Ate breakfast food and it was good.

mom and pop restaurant. nothing fancy but at least there was a dedicated gluten-free menu.
