I tried a gluten free margarita pizza and mentioned I have a gluten allergy (celiac disease). The waitress ensured they took allergies very serious and said they avoid cross contamination by making gluten free pizzas in a separate area with new toppings. I was pleasantly surprised when it was not your typical udis gluten free crust but instead a crust from a local vendor. The crust was so soft and was even somewhat thick! Super pleased with the service and food, will definitely be going back!
