Staff was knowledgeable about the menu and was aware of cross contamination. The owner or manager came out to check on us and he assured us that the gf crusts were stored and prepared separately. He also let us know that should we try the gf pasta, it is made fresh and therefore, to expect a minimum 40 minute wait. The pizza was also delicious and filling, but the cheesy bread with the gf crust was even better!
