It’s a bit hit and miss. Sometimes staff are really on it and check. Others it’s not and they forget to mark the items so you can’t risk it. I’ve been I’ll after eating here and won’t be risking it again.

This fish and chip shop has totally gf chips and a dedicated fryer for gf fish. The manager explained how they ensure separation of foods to avoid cross contamination with dedicated gf utensils. I was really impressed by how seriously they took everything. The food is fantastic and they even offer gf curry sauce. I haven't had fish and chips since my coeliac diagnosis a year ago and this place cheered me up no end.
