The Chateau Deli is closed and has been replaced by the Guide’s Pantry. Unlike the Deli, the Guide’s Pantry did not have any gluten free muffins or sandwiches when we were there. There were Made Good bars and popcorn type snacks. Little else. Frankly, little choice aside from pastries even for gluten eaters. There is more shelf space devoted to gourmet pickles than actual food. Beautiful but disappointing. I did speak to management about our disappointment relating to the lack of gluten-free options. So perhaps this will improve in the future. Fingers crossed, but don’t rely on it.
The Chateau restaurants have some gluten free options but no dedicated fryer and pricy.

Hands down the best Gluten Free bun I’ve ever had. Lots Of sandwiches and salads clearly marked. Highly recommend!!
They had a gluten free muffin which was fine, they said they were out of gluten free bread so I couldn’t do any of the sandwiches
The deli at the side of this main hotel overlooking Lake Louise, serves wrapped gf muffins.
