I had a fabulous pizza at Che Bonta. They make their own dough and it was delicious! They also have gluten free pasta, but they buy it rather than make it themselves.

— Excellent

Safety wise I felt good eating this food. Taste wise I definitely think there are better options. This felt a bit like an American came and opened an Italian restaurant. Was great for a delivered meal in a pinch though!

Some of the best GF pizza I had in Italy I had at Che Bonta. Staff seemed knowledgeable about how to prepare GF. Pizza was really delicious and I did not get sick the two times I had their pizza.
