We eat here every year and have the skirt steak. It is always so good! The staff was able to assist with GF and other restrictions. The chef came to ensure that it would be safe.

Food 10/10!! Very cute Restaurant. The meat was incredible and the fries aswell! The owner and the whole crew was very polite and well educated about cross contamination. Without asking they told me the fries are made separatedly! Furthermore they offered me different options they also could be made glutenfree.

My husband and I wanted a delicious steak but were scared to get our hopes up as we have been disappointed by the steak in Costa Rica. I have celiac disease, so cross-contamination is a big problem for me. We read reviews about Che Sirloin and decided to give it a try. What a fabulous decision! Dash, the owner, is gracious, welcoming, and a mighty fine chef. His staff are equally wonderful. The ambiance is perfect—we sat in a quaint courtyard and enjoyed the best piece of beef we have had in years, and a delicious bottle of wine at a very good price. The meat quality is prime, the size is large, and the price is absolutely reasonable. The restaurant is tucked away in a courtyard and a little hard to find. Persevere! You will be so glad that you did. This is the kind of place that you root for. Great food, great ambiance, great people! They have other offerings besides beef and even have vegetarian options. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!
