Brought a Nima gluten tester to test my sons cheeseburger (without the bun) and carrots and gluten was found. The waitress had no idea what celiac disease was and there was clearly cross contamination.

Although there is a gluten-free menu the server had little knowledge about food choices. Dinner was ordered without sauce as recommended on the menu, we told the server about the wheat allergy and dinner came out with the sauce on the side which had spilled onto the plate. It took 30 minutes to get the manager to our table, by then everyone had finished eating.

They have a gluten free menu and advise you to let the server know that you are ordering gluten free food when you place your order.

I've been to this location twice, not by my choice. The first time I was handed a very limited gluten free menu. Since the baked potato was not listed, I asked the server why? She explained that it was a starch....... I ordered the potato and had no reaction. I asked her to please leave any bread that comes with the meal off of my plate. She said "are you sure?". She was completely clueless. The second time, again not by my choice. I ordered the exact same thing I had ordered the first time and specified again no bread on anything. My steak was served on a bed of crispy fried onions which was not listed on the menu. If absolutely have to go here be VERY specific and ask what hidden items will come on your plate. Their salads due come with a roll on top and you have to ask them to not bring that as well. They have zero gluten free training and their gluten free menu is more of a diet menu than an allergy menu.

I have eaten here multiple times without any issues. A gluten sensitive menu is available on request and staff seemed knowledgeable about the options. The burger options are “order without bun” which is disappointing, but the other options I’ve tried (salmon, chicken without bourbon glaze, and pecan chicken salad) have been really good.
