Not celiac friendly the sandwiches are made with gluten bread when you order gluten free they use the same filling that touched wheat bread and transfer to gluten free bread. Very disappointed that they would think that is acceptable. Should be removed from this gf site

Was told they just take the fillings of the pre-made sourdough sandwiches and transfer it to gluten free bread. Very disappointed as I had been there a year before that and had a sandwich but wasn’t made aware.

— Poor

I was told prior to ordering that the sandwiches are pre made with regular bread and then if GF is ordered the insides are transferred to GF bread and cooked as well as shared surfaces. We were not able to order as my son is celiac. I was referred to the Kancamagus location but once there was told all is cooked on shared surfaces.
