They bake mini cheesecakes in pans without crust. According to owner they take left over batter and make in to gluten free. Most of their batters are gluten free except for obvious like cookies and cream. Never had a reaction. You have to ask what flavors they have but they normally always have plain which I top with strawberries and whipped cream. Good people to work with.
