Review of Cheesecakes by Alex

This is not a food review, but rather a review of the restaurant as a whole: I walked into the shop the other evening and was super excited to see they had GF cheesecake. When it was our turn to order, I realized that the GF cheesecake shared the same pan as the regular non-GF cheesecake/muffins. I decided to pass on ordering and I am glad I did as the woman behind me ordered GF and they used the same spatula for GF and non-GF (heck, what’s the point the slices were touching each other) and they did not change their gloves. My friends and I spent some time catching up a little at one of the tables beside the kitchen prep area. I kid you not when I say that there were 15 large bags of flour stacked against the wall. It wasn’t until 10 min later that my throat became extremely itchy. We left soon after and won’t be returning because of our experience. This place is definitely not a celiac safe!
