The gf bun was good, but the burger itself was dry and unremarkable. I’d rather go to the Cove, In N Out, Shake Shack, or Five Guys. Also, they told me the tots here have gluten, so the only other side option is fries, which I think are cooked in a shared fryer.

Heads up. The fries and tots are not GF anymore. No dedicated frier…..

The gluten free bun was very good, started falling apart a little at the end, but I expected that. Overall a good experience!

In San Antonio on a mini-vacation, wanted to try out this local place. Looked it up on Yelp and several people mentioned gf buns. Most of them also said the gf buns fell apart- not our experience. The gf held together until the burger was gone- very well toasted. The fries and tots were yummy as well. The former owner was a celiac, and he taught proper precautions before he left, thankfully. If we come back to SA, we will visit Cheesy Jane’s again.
