Absolutely incredible vegan food with tons of gluten free options, I’ve been going here my whole life and they’re so knowledgeable on ingredients and have an allergen guide they bring out. Menu is marked with gluten free options. Gluten free flatbread and desserts are yummy.

Amazing vegan establishment with a fair amount of gf options marked on their menu including multiple dessert options. I had the Tijuana Torta which was incredible! I also ordered the chocolate chip cookie (largest gf cookie I've ever seen and tasted amazing!) and the espresso chocolate "cheese"cake. The food was so fresh and flavorful. Wonderful staff. Would come again.

Food was amazing with many gluten sensitive options. I would highly recommend making the drive from the Dells. The owners were also some of the nicest humans! Please go support these amazing people.

Tips

Asymptomatic Celiac

Never been there but just based off of the menu online, their food is not prepared in specific, special, safe areas making the gluten free food no longer celiac gluten free.

Great experience! Lots of gluten free options especially for desserts. I couldn't believe how amazing the food and desserts tasted! I'm gluten sensitive and not celiac but had no issues. We will definitely be going back.

Service is good. They call it gluten sensitive, not gluten free. Risk of cross contamination, but really no more then any other restaurant. Service is great. They have huge menu and many desserts. Flatbread is great. A little pricey for gluten sensitive options.

This was a wonderful dining experience. Several GF items on the menu and not just salads! Main entrees with wonderful spices and several dessert options. Celiac seventh heaven! The waiter was very attentive and confident in the GF offerings. This restaurant could become a regular stop.

This restaurant has had many different incarnations since the 1950's when it opened. Its current owners have a sign on each table the tells the whole story "We invite you to enjoy our plant based menu with no animal derived ingredients." We ordered the polenta and the "sausage" plate. Both were excellent in taste and presentation. But, for the first time since going GF and DF, my wife was able to enjoy key lime pie. The food was outstanding, as was the service, but the desserts were out of this world!

The reviews don't lie. So many Gluten free and Vegan options. Just to be clear - everything is Vegan here. Homemade soda was great. All the food was fantastic. Had the "What a Wiener" which was great. My wife had the Healthy Wealthy and Wise which was amazingly good. They also had a special but free chocolate desert on coconut - yum.

This is GREAT food: home grown, organic veggies and herbs make everything so good! We ate here several times before we even realized that this was a meatless restaurant. My husband didn't even miss the meat when he ordered the lasagna because it was SOOOOOO good! The atmosphere is a little strange: is it a 50's diner? is it a Wisconsin cheese factory? Is it a gourmet restaurant? Close your eyes and taste the food, and it's a gourmet restaurant. Open your eyes, and you're not sure what they're going for. But it's clean, healthy, DELICIOUS! Breakfasts are awesome too!

Good clearly marked GF menu with knowledgable staff. Mostly pastas and stir fry items. They have no GF desserts, however, which looked great. I would recommend it.

Very good food and service. Try something excellent from the espresso bar. Decor is a bit unusual.
