Ma première bonne poutine depuis mon diagnostique. Beaucoup de choix et personnel très attentif à ce que le sans gluten soit respecté. J’y retournerai certainement!

They have a dedicated fryer. They use gluten free ingredients to make their sauces gluten free

Be careful, they used the wrong sauce once and I was sick. Turns out they have a gluten free sauce and one not gluten free and for some reason, they put the wrong one on my order.

That being said, it happened only once.

They also offer lactose free cheese.

Tried a couple of different poutines while on a trip to Matane with my family. Most poutines are available in a GF option but you must ask them to make it gf( dedicated fryer and prep area) everything was great!/ j'ai essayé 3 poutines SG durant ma visite à Matane ( je me suis gâtée) la plupart des poutines sont dispo en SG mais il faut mentionner que l'on veut la version SG..friteuse et espace de préparation dédiés, super bon merci!!!

J'ai adoré mon expérience! La poutine est délicieuse. Ce qui est chouette, c'est que le restaurant offre une grande variété de poutines. Presque l'entièreté de leur menu est sans gluten. Il y a même des pépites de poulet sans gluten. On a le goût de goûter à tout tellement ça l'air bon.
