The staff is very educated about gluten intolerance and celiac disease. The chef definitely cares about dietary restrictions and cross-conamination and informed me that for the time being they do not have dedicated friers, but are working on adding such to be able to expand their gluten-free options. They have gluten-free stir fry and burgers (including turkey and veggie) that they make gluten-free by serving with tostones or salad.
