Staff is knowledgeable about gluten, as well as cross contamination. Sushi chef made me GF rolls, and there are quite a few GF rolls on the menu as well. Great experience, great sushi! Update: went a second AND third time- still great time and no reaction at all. They have GF Tamari soy sauce as well.
