Went while not busy for lunch deal. Knowledgeable server. Could not have hot and sour soup, so had egg drop soup. Had har gow, fried rice, some stir fried items.

I have been able to eat at Cheng Du safely for years. I have several food allergies. The staff is knowledgeable and the menu is clearly marked. When ordering takeout they even call back with info about our order to clarify ingredients for me.

I can't give less than 1 star.

Do NOT confuse this Cheng Du with the one in Mansfield, MA which is awesome for not only Celiac/GF, but other allergies as well.

No

The food was mediocre at best. We ordered a few different dishes and all of the meat was dry and everything was bland. They do not have GF soy sauce, which was a major disappointment and meant no GF fried rice. While they were friendly and the restaurant itself is lovely, we won't be back.

Staff are very aware of Gluten-Free options. This restaurant has Gluten-Free options listed within their regular menu. Love the Salt and pepper wings here. They also carry Gluten-Free soy sauce.
