Overall, not celiac safe. Spoke with the chef & only the soft serve is truly gluten free. They have a lot of gluten free ice cream flavors labeled on their menu but they are all cross contaminated using the same scoop. I was told it wasn’t possible to scoop from a fresh container with a clean scoop. They also have gluten free fries labeled on the menu but they are fried in a shared fryer with gluten foods. If they would be willing to implement a few protocols for the ice cream like other places do, this could be a great option for celiacs.
