The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and even made sure to let me know she put GF in large print on her notes next to what I ordered. She also let me know that the chips were gluten free and that I couldn’t get something like the fries because they go in a shared fryer. I got a Lobster and Crab BLT on a gluten free bun and it was great. All of the sandwiches could be put on gluten free bread.
