I have celiac disease and Chet & Matt's was AMAZING! To start, their staff was so friendly and helpful when I called to order. We ordered a large gluten free pizza, a small gluten free pizza, and a cinnamon stick pizza and I was in heaven. I have not had cinnamon sticks in probably 15 years and these are amazing. The pizza was delicious too. I highly recommend Chet & Matt's Pizza, if you do not, you're missing out. Thank you Matt & Chet's Pizza for doing such a great job!

Absolutely amazing and delicious GF pizza. My friends and I from MN stopped by here after our cedarpoint trip. I got a 14" GF cheese pizza with half ham and pinneaple for only $15! And I also got 14" GF cinnamon sticks for $9.65! They prepared the pizzas in a separate GF area.
I've never been to a place with such good pizza and extremely reasonable pricing. I wish I had this restaurant back home because I would order from here at least once a week! If you are stopping by in Sandusky or going to cedarpoint and are looking for GF options, this is an awesome establishment to stop by. Highly recommend!

I am a very sensitive Celiac and we are here while on vacation this week. I had a GF pepperoni pizza and cinnamon dessert pizza. Everything was tasty and it didn’t make me sick. They also have Angry Orchard Hard Cider, so that’s a big bonus!

Very good GF pizza! Server made me aware that the kitchen has a separate cooking area, separate utensils and a clean cover for the pizza to be baked on. No issues after coming home.

I was visiting from out of town and found Chet and Matt's on this app and am so glad I did. I haven't had pizza that wasn't frozen since diagnosis 7 months ago. It was so good! No issues what so ever. Wish they could open a place where I live 😁

The owner and manager were both super friendly and helpful. Explained that they have whole different area and set of utensils to cook for gluten free. They also said they have gluten free and cauliflower crust- I got the GF because the waitress didn’t tell me cauliflower was available when ordering. She then brought me out a gf pizza with the wrong toppings- but that’s on her being a bad waitress, not the restaurant so still 5 stars for taste and awareness! Also affordable! $10 for a 10in GF pizza with 2 toppings!

Really good pizza. So good I ate the whole thing. Lol..
No issues. Full celiac here.

If you find yourself in Sandusky, OH, and are looking for some good pizza, look no further than Chet & Matt’s Pizza, located conveniently close to Kalahari Resort and Great Wolf Lodge. This eat-in or carry-out pizza place has a wide variety of salads, unique pizzas, and offers two sizes (10 inch and 12 inch) of gluten free crusts. We got the “Two Brothers” pizza, with pepperoni, sausage, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and banana peppers. It wasn’t just good GF pizza.... it was GREAT PIZZA! And tonight (thanks to Matt and Chet), I had something a I have been missing since having to remove gluten from my diet: GF “Sinfully Cinnamon” Pizza! This was a thin, perfectly textured crust smothered in butter and liberally sprinkled with cinnamon, and was crisscrossed with a creamy drizzle of white icing. Pure delight.

Best gf pizza I’ve ever had!!! Also they made the sinfully cinnamon gluten free
Pizza was delicious and the customer service was amazing!

Really good food. Top notch service. Friendly environment. Homemade gluten free crust. Would highly recommend.
Being a long time customer of Chet and Matt's, I've never gotten sick after eating the pizza there. As long as you bring up the fact you are gluten free they will work with you make sure your pizza is satisfactory. By far the best gluten free pizza, I've ever had.
If you have Celiac BEWARE you could get sick! My niece has Celiac and we ate here, BIG MISTAKE. Come to find out they DO NOT separate the items put on normal pizzas! The same wheat flour drenched hands that spins every wheat flour (a.k.a. GLUTEN) pizza, dips in the item containers, leaving wheat flour residue, is the SAME containers which hands dig into to top the "gluten-free" pizzas.
If you're trying to be "trendy" and follow a "gluten-free" pizza for what ever trendy reasons, this pizza is fine. If you have a SERIOUS medical condition and get SICK from the smallest amount of gluten ... CONSIDER YOURSELF WARNED!
