Excellent food, wonderful service, and many gluten-free options! We have persons with celiac and require gluten-free and corn-free options. There were multiple gluten-free options, including the French fries, as they are the only things deep fried (thus dedicated frier). We tried multiple items with no negative reactions at all! The steaks (we had both the filet and ribeye) and pork chop were tender and flavorful. The mahi-mahi with crab and shrimp and the salmon were flavorful, perfectly cooked, and not overly-fishy tasting. The ahi tuna salad was crisp with a great blend of flavors. We also tried the Asian honey BBQ and lemon parmesean wings (appetizers) with French fries, both were wonderful. And the banana coconut mung bean foster was excellent! Every dish had a distinctive taste, and all were delectable! All 6 of us heartily enjoyed our meals and look forward to the next chance to eat at Chetras Kitchen!
