We ate here while on vacation. The feel is very much a “hotel restaurant.” However, the staff was knowledgeable and our server took a real interest in making sure the meal for our celiac daughter was correct. She was able to have an excellent bison burger with a side salad. Their dedicated fryer for French fries was not working, so it’s possible they will have that again in the future.
