I get sick here. They don't know anything about celiacs or gluten. There is no dedicated kitchen space. There is cross contamination.
The staff is extremely knowledgeable and asks about food allergies as soon as they hand you the menu.
The food was really good, but they substituted the noodles for rice, not rice noodles. I feel like with a little extra effort, this place would be way more worth it.
Have eaten here (usually take-out or delivery) more times than I can count and I have never had a problem. I'm very sensitive to cross contamination and I have a dairy allergy, and Cheu always has at least one or two things on the menu that I can eat safely. Not a ton of options, but when the food is this good, you don't need a ton of options.
Amazing! Easy to order, menu is well marked. Cool environment, staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The chef washed his hands and out a new set of gloves to prepare my food, without asking. Food was incredible! Highly recommend.
