Review of Chevys

My friend and I went for a much needed girls date. We sat at the bar and when the bartender brought out the chips I said I had a question. Before I could go any further he said "they aren't gluten free". I was going to be OK with a straight answer, order drinks and fajitas but then he says "but I can go in the back and make some with fresh oil just for you". that absolutely made my night!!!! the thought and consideration in the service! I was impressed that they knew right off the bat that oil cross contaminates. We also got to talk to the manager, he really took a lot of pride in having staff that takes the extra step to provide great service and make people feel welcome. The other bartender took our food order and asked if we wanted the black beans because those were the GF bean option. I had a safe meal and feel like they really got it!
