La poutine est 100% sans gluten et excellente! Les frites sont cuites à part des autres aliments. Mon garçon et moi avons la maladie cœliaque et nous en mangeons parfois depuis 3 ans sans jamais avoir été malade. Nous sommes très réactifs.
