I have celiac disease and am allergic to milk. I was able to have the fries, previously-mentioned sauces, and... Nothing else. I was bummed since that was our dinner, but the large cornet was truly enormous so it was ok. The fries themselves were good, but not the best I've had in Bruges. The sauces were only ok, I've had better aioli and BBQ sauce elsewhere. But all in all, I'm always happy to be able to eat safely, so that's a win.

We had only belgian fries there. Dedicated fryer and some sauces to choose from (BBQ, aioli and ketchup, but you have to ask). Really nice view from the window upstairs.

Great French fries!! Staff was knowledgeable and told me all fries were GF and some of the sauces. I ended up getting a large fries with BBQ sauce to go (15% off) - tasted great!

Yes
Grateful to find a spot for gluten free frites, and a decent burger at a reasonable price! If you order the burger gluten free, do specify that you DO want the salad with it. Frites are great - be sure to get a dipping sauce. And if the weather is good, grab a table outside and watch the city life.
Yes
Only the fries are GF (dedicated fryer) but if you are looking for a fun Belgian frites experience this is perfect! You order fries in a paper cone and pick your sauce for the top. You get a 15% discount if you choose to go (take away). We did this and ate in the courtyard across the street on the grass in front of the church.
